Return and Refund Policy – PokeLair.ch

In Switzerland, there is no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Applicable rules at PokeLair.ch:

• Individual cards (singles): No return or exchange possible. By purchasing, you accept all visible imperfections shown in the photos (print lines, potential manufacturing defects, etc.). The risk of fraud requires us to apply this strict rule.
• Sealed products (boosters, displays, ETBs, boxes, collections, etc.): No return or refund once shipped (risk of opening or tampering).
• Defective or damaged product during transport: No return or refund. Swiss Post is responsible for transit; Pokelair.ch assumes no liability for transport damage.

Any return request will be refused.
