2. Product Description The purchased item corresponds exactly to the photos displayed in the listing. By making a purchase, you accept all visible imperfections shown in the photos (print lines, potential manufacturing defects, etc.).

3. Price and Payment All prices are indicated in CHF (Swiss francs), including VAT. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times Deliveries are made within Switzerland only, via Swiss Post. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on weight and selected shipping method (standard or priority)
  • Free priority shipping from CHF 200 of purchase
  • Tracking available (except for light shipments sent in padded envelopes)
  • Signature available as an option at checkout

PokeLair.ch cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport for shipments without tracking. For shipments with tracking, liability is limited according to the terms and conditions of Swiss Post.

5. Card Condition Definitions

  • Near Mint: Close to new condition
  • Light Played: Lightly played
  • Medium Played: Moderately played
  • Heavily Played: Heavily played
  • Damage: Damaged

6. Returns and Refunds Under Swiss law, there is no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. PokeLair.ch applies the following policy:

  • Individual cards (singles): No returns or exchanges accepted due to the risk of fraud. By purchasing, you accept the condition visible in the photos.
  • Sealed products (boosters, displays, ETBs, etc.): No returns or refunds once the package has been shipped.
  • Damages during transport: PokeLair.ch is not responsible for any damage caused during transport.

7. Jurisdiction Any dispute shall be governed by Swiss law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
